03 · Why it works

The mechanism behind each modality.

Aesthetic medicine is full of black boxes. These aren't. Here's the physics and biology behind the five protocols that drive most of our outcomes.

01 / 05

Morpheus8 RF microneedling

Bipolar RF delivered to programmable subdermal depths remodels collagen and contracts the fibroseptal network without removing the epidermis.

  • Depths 0.5–7 mm
  • Coagulation + neocollagenesis
  • Color-blind across skin types
02 / 05

Ultherapy PRIME (MFU-V)

Micro-focused ultrasound with visualization places thermal coagulation points in the SMAS layer — the same plane addressed in a surgical lift.

  • Targets 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm
  • Real-time tissue imaging
  • Single-session protocol
03 / 05

Tetra Pro CoolPeel CO₂

Sub-millisecond CO₂ pulses ablate the surface epidermis with minimal residual heat — resurfacing without the historical CO₂ downtime profile.

  • 10,600 nm fractional
  • <1 ms H-Pulse
  • 1–3 days social downtime
04 / 05

Lumecca IPL photofacial

High-output IPL selectively targets pigment and vascular chromophores — clearing diffuse redness and sun damage in 2–3 sessions.

  • 500–600 nm spectrum
  • Selective photothermolysis
  • Pigment + vascular in one pass
05 / 05

STEMWAVE recovery

Focused acoustic shockwaves trigger mechanotransduction and angiogenesis — used adjunctively to support tissue repair after procedures.

  • Up to 125 mm depth
  • Non-thermal mechanism
  • 6-session standard protocol
04 · Providers

Licensed medicine, not delegated.

Energy-based treatments and injectables are performed by trained medical providers — never delegated to unlicensed staff. Continuity of provider, charted protocols, and follow-up at defined intervals.

07 · FAQ

Detailed answers to specific questions.

No pamphlet copy. Answers written the way we'd explain it across the consult desk.

All treatments are performed or directly supervised by licensed medical providers — board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses with documented device-specific training. Energy-based and injectable procedures are not delegated to unlicensed staff.
Every new patient receives a one-on-one consultation that includes skin analysis (Fitzpatrick typing, photodamage assessment, laxity grading), medical history review, and goal alignment. We then build a protocol that sequences modalities — for example, IPL for pigment before Morpheus8 for texture — rather than recommending a single device for every concern.
Yes. Every energy-based device in the practice — InMode Optimas, Ultherapy PRIME, STEMWAVE, Tetra Pro, and Exion — carries an active FDA 510(k) clearance for its respective indication. Injectables used are FDA-approved.
It means three things: a physician is responsible for the medical practice, treatments are performed with prescription-class devices not available in non-medical settings, and protocols (energy settings, pass count, intervals) are documented in your clinical chart for continuity.
Some medical wellness services — such as physician-supervised GLP-1 programs and certain medically indicated dermatologic treatments — may be HSA or FSA eligible. Cosmetic-only procedures generally are not. We can provide itemized receipts; eligibility is ultimately determined by your plan administrator.
We do not advertise compounded GLP-1s, weight-loss outcomes, or off-label use. Our GLP-1 program is described as a physician-supervised medical service, with eligibility, dosing, and monitoring determined during clinical intake — consistent with current FDA marketing guidance.
